Tekst i Digitalt museum: «Dette er et typisk OBOS-borettslag i tegl, langstrakt og enkelt, men gode, solide boliger. Beliggenheten gir sol, lys, luft og grønne, beplantede uterom. Det er 179 leiligheter: 44 3-roms, 99 2-roms, 36 1-roms, alle med kjøkken og bad. Anlegget var forsynt med tidens moderne fasiliteter: Sentralvarmeanlegg, sentral varmtvannsforsyning, søppelnedkast, maskinvaskeri, og til og med fellesantenne for radio. Leilighetene ble utstyrt med elektriske komfyrer og "elektrisk utstyr til kjøkken, entreer og bad". Noen av leilighetene fikk balkong - i dag har alle fått. Opprinnelig innskudd for 1-roms var 1550,- og for 3-roms 3100,-» |
