Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Not replaceable with textual coverage because (WP:NFCC#1)	Image is used to demonstrate the similiarity between Moira's "ultimate" and Dragon Ball's Kamekameha attack, and words alone would not be able to properly illustrate this without resulting in undue weight within the article itself.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Image is of the lowest resolution possible and I feel it does not impact Blizzard Entertainment's ability to generate revenue off the game nor the character.
