Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	I want to illustrate the way in which the BBC forecast the storm (hence a screenshot showing isobars) in relation to the subsequent debate about the nature of warning given, and subsequent enquiries into this forecast for the storm, deficiencies in this forecast and the way in which the forecast has entered British culture as being incorrect. This forecast is discussed in the article, and was the result of much discussion at the time of the storm
