I, Alex Bakharev (talk), believe that while the image is copyrighted and the rights to it belongs to heirs of Lidiya Masterkova, using a low quality reproduction of the image for the critical commentary on style of the paintings presented on the Bulldozer Exhibition constitues fair use as defined in the copyright law of the USA. Without demonstrating examples of the paintings presented on the exhibition the story is difficult to apprehend.
