Description
Português: A Bandeira do Município de Lupionópolis, interpretada heraldicamente pela Coordenação da ESIMPAR (Enciclopédia Simbológica Municipalista Paranaense), será de forma retangular, na proporção de 14 (quatorze) módulos de largura e 20 (vinte) módulos de comprimento, de acordo com o Art. 5º da Lei Federal nº 5.700, de 01/09/1971, conforme modelo em anexo, apresentando as seguintes características:

A Bandeira é esquartelada, nas cores azul e branca, sendo o quartel superior (do lado da adriça) na cor branca e, o inferior, na cor azul. No lado esquerdo as cores são opostas: azul(superior) e branca (inferior). No centro da Bandeira figura uma área ovalada, na cor amarela, que simboliza a riqueza do município e sob esta, a figura de uma balança, em preto e branco, símbolo da justiça.

Na parte inferior da área oval, há um listel em branco, unindo o ramo de café ao de algodão, com a seguinte inscrição em preto: “TRABALHO E JUSTIÇA”.
