Note: This image seems to be taken during the carnival "Hammarkullekarnevalen" and the location seems to be Hammarkullen. Which is a suburb in Lärjedalen/Angered which in turn is a part of Gothenburg in Sweden. But it is not Hjällbo as the original uploader stated. (Hjällbo is the next suburb to the south from this place.)
