Other information	I (Smerdis of Tlön) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: it is a low resolution copy of a comic book cover; it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the comic book in any way; copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the comic the image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Brian Pulido; the subject of the article in which it is used is specifically about this sort of character and this sort of art;
