English: Interior of Edinburgh, Tron Kirk, High Street, The Royal Mile, Edinburgh. Under the present 'Old CIty'of Edinburgh, lie the remains of an even older City.
When the floor of the Auld Tron Kirk on the Royal Mile was lifted, there was exposed the remains of an old cobbled street and buildings on either side. This Church is now disused and is used as an heritage centre. The old street and remains are on view to the public.
