Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This is a representation of an in memoriam segment at an awards show, intended to give readers a visual idea of what the subject looks like. Since there is no infobox available that's fit for the article's subject, a picture must serve an equivalent purpose. Plus, without an image or infobox, the page will look aesthetically boring.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	By nature, ANY image of an in memoriam segment will be copyrighted by someone.
