Deutsch: Hochaltar der röm.-kath. Pfarr- und Wallfahrtskirche Maria Hietzing im 13. Wiener Bezirk Hietzing.
Der monumentale Hochaltar wurde 1698 von Matthias Steinl errichtet. 1751 wurde eine Legende aus der 1. Türkenbelagerung 1529 durch eine Plastik (Gnadenbild von Maria Hietzing) im Zentrum des Hochaltars verewigt: [1]. Die reich stuckierte Decke im Altarraum schuf Dominicus Piazzol und die Fresken stammen von Antoni Galliardi: [2]. Die Kirche selbst wurde 1685 neu errichtet, nachdem sie 1683 durch die Türken zerstört wurde. Von 1860 bis 1864 wurde sie nach Plänen Carl Roesners Richtung Westen erweitert und dabei wurde unter anderem auch der neogotische Turm errichtet: [3].
