«Прямоугольное полотнище соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования „Тюбинский наслег“ в синем, зелёном, жёлтом, белом и красном цветах».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле с лазоревой волнисто выщербленной оконечностью, дважды окаймлённой серебром и обременённый двумя сообращёнными золотыми рыбами (карасями), — золотой орёл, держащий в лапах обращённую золотую стрелу и две золотые ветви смородины: в правой лапе — с чёрными ягодами, в левой — с червлёными».
