This is the logo for Houston, Alaska. Further details: Houston is one of the few cities in Alaska with a municipal flag. The 10th city flag for Alaska I can verify: Dear Mr. Johnson, The city has an unofficial seal which has been made into a flag. The seal is attached and resides on a field of white. No other embellishments adorn the flag. It is my understanding that a local artist designed the flag in 1991 (I think). This, unfortunately, is all the information I have concerning the flag or seal.
