English: The Norton (George Norton) Family of Krugersdorp, South Africa with Gladys (center) after whom Gladysvale Cave is named. From left to right Mrs. George Norton, George Norton (Mayor of Krugersdorp who owned the mining rights to Gladysvale, Hubert Norton (standing right, back, and another un-named brother (seated).
