  • Won at the Charlottenborg Exhibition 1838 by the naval lieutenant Seidelin. (There were a number of Seidelins in naval service at the time, but the only one with the rank of lieutenant seems to be Peter Anton Seidelin (1814-1872)).
  • Sold at Bruun Rasmussen Auctions on March 7, 2006 for DKK 380,000 (EUR 51,000). Lot 754/1033. bruun-rasmussen.dk
  • Acquired by the Museum in 2006.
