Fair Use Rationale for Empire World Towers[edit]

This image is a promotional image from Kobi Karp Architecture, and all images that I found were also promotional visuals for a new construction project. Since these are proposed buildings, there have no images released depicting the buildings accurately save for those released by the developer. As such, I believe that is not a replaceable image, and should not be deleted. Until more information and images are released, there are currently no free images available that I know of or was able to find. Therefore, I do not believe that a replacement image can be found and that this image has no reason to be deleted. The image is meant for use on the Empire World Towers page to illustrate the buildings in question, and on the List of tallest buildings in Miami page to identify the buildings as being the second tallest proposals in the city.

Licensing[edit]

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion. It is believed that the use of some images of promotional material to illustrate: the person(s), product, event, or subject in question; where the image is unrepeatable, i.e. a free image could not be created to replace it; on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation; qualifies as fair use under Copyright law of the United States.
