Fair Use for Double Dribble (video game)[edit]

I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:-

1. It is used solely to improve the article's quality.
2. An image for this game was requested on its talk page.
3. The image used is my own creation and was taken from an emulator at the time and date stated above.
4. There is no free use alternative available because one does not exist.
