It is believed that this image is used under fair use, as:

1. It is a low-resolution of a single frame of a television program,
2. Its display does not limit the ability of the copyright holder to market their product in any way
3. It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit, and
4. Its use in Dennis McGee is to identify the television series, using the title screen screenshot, which is the one image that best identifies the series.
