Located on 4th Avenue south of downtown, the main building, designed by Fred Westcott, was completed in 1920 and still stands today facing Interstate 90. Just beyond the main hospital building is the San Gabriel Apartments, built in 1909 and later annexed to the hospital as nurse housing, it is now known as Letterman Lanning Hall.
