Author unknown, date appears to be circa 1910, and cannot be after June 1919, as this structure was destroyed by fire in that month. Fair use rationale is that the building no longer exists, there is no competing commercial use made of the image, and the destruction of the building is described in the accompanying article, [[Rainbow (sternwheeler)}}.
