The motor vessel Charm. Source is the Victor C. West collection at the Coos Maritime Historical Society. Fair use is claimed for Telegraph (sternwheeler 1914) because part of that article discusses this vessel. Also the resolution is not sharp, the image size is small, and there is no known commercial use of the original.
