Idealizada pelo prefeito do município Wilson Dias de Mattos, em 1973. Apresenta quatro cores (verde, amarelo, azul e branco). O brasão localizado no centro apresenta a figura do peixe, da cana-de-açúcar e um pedaço de tecido.
