Deutsch: Südwestansicht der Burgruine Rauhenstein in der niederösterreichischen Stadtgemeinde Baden.
Die vermutlich im 12.Jahrhundert errichtete Burg sicherte gemeinsam mit der gegenüberliegenden Burg Rauheneck den Eingang zum Helenental ab. Seit Einführung der Dachsteuer im 18. Jahrhundert ist die Burg dem Verfall preisgegeben. Zu jener Zeit wurden viele Burgen abgedacht, da sich diese Form der Gebäudesteuer nach der Dach-Fläche von Gebäuden berechnete.
