Summary[edit]

Original Dimensional Line Drawing of Cartridge design (1963) for promotion of the author's conversion of the US .30 M1 Carbine Cartridge. Author died in 1965, and per research, no copyright application or grant was found. The free distribution of the dimensional drawing in conversion of US .30 Carbine munitions, manufacture of the altered cartridge, and to disseminate information about the cartridge for possible integration into US Military usage at the time. Presented to the US Military as an updated cartridge for cost-effective re-use in US Military's M1 Carbine inventory. Currently accepted commonly as a "Wildcat" cartridge conversion for the M1 Carbine as it is no longer commercially manufactured, but is still in use and reloaded, and new cartridge cases are still being produced.
