| Description |
中文（臺灣）：1.「萬華林宅」為日治時期當地望族富戶林氏之宅第。這座華宅的平面呈不規則形狀，三邊臨馬路，因此外觀甚為突出。它採用鋼筋混凝土構造，共有三層樓，屋頂上設平台可供遠眺，是一座結合中西特色的建築。2.林宅建於日據昭和七年（西元1932年），依據當時都市計畫道路而建，所以入口設騎樓，大門及左右窗對稱，室內裝修亦以中國風格為主。樓梯磨石子施工精美。屋頂舖黑瓦，陽台欄杆及門窗之細部設計頗為講究，是台北市現存三０年代民間巨宅之代表作品。 |
