@Star Mississippi, I made some improvements, and added a couple sources, and another image. I'm not a train person at all, but there are a lot of train and railroad enthusiasts on WP. I will leave it up to you whether you think it is ready for article space, or if a railroad person would like to develop it more. The NARA doc has a lot more information about the two railroad cars, but I am totally clueless as to what some of the technical terms mean or whether they are of importance for an encyclopedia article, so I don't know how to prioritize what should be in the article or not.
