Cancilla is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Mitridae.[1]

Description[edit]

The slender shell has a fusiform shape.The spire is acuminate. The whorls are crossed by transverse, linear, elevated ridges. The aperture is simple posteriorly. The thin outer lip is simple.[2]
