Currently, 6,491 of a total of 6,822,728 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,622 articles (about 1 in 172.195) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,113 articles (about one in 147.957) which are either good or featured.
