converting to {{infobox}}

adding sortkeys

I'm going to make another bold edit, and add sortkeys to the categories in this template. This should have no effect on anything except that the various categories will list the pages in alphabetical order by the title of the page being mediated (rather than lumping everything under "M"). feel free to revert at need. --Ludwigs2 16:38, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
