Template[edit]

Hello, firstly I must apologise for all the edits and general messing about creating this page. I've never created a template from scratch before, and it took me a while to get a hold of the basics, so I hope it isn't too annoying. Secondly, I'd like to expand this template and get some help with improving it. There's a number of things that I think would be useful:

I'd like the motto to appear under the main title, but not in the infobox as well. I tried experimenting but failed with this. Could somebody help?
I'd like the infobox to be expanded with more categories after all the bugs have been ironed out. Any help with the general layout of the template, etc would be most welcome.
