Adding section on Policies Concerning Urban Tree Wardens[edit]

I plan to add a section on the history, responsibilities, and contemporary role of tree wardens, and plan to make these edits in Spring 2020.

Training and Credentialing[edit]

My group and I plan to add a section on Training and Credentialing in Urban Forestry under the "Practice" section. This would introduce training and credentialing within the profession, examine the relevance/importance of it, and provide specific examples. (Team Acer).

Green Roofs , Frec 4454 Spring 2022[edit]

My group feels that it is very important that there is a section added that covers all the benefits and effects of green roofs. Due to the direction of how urban societies are developing we feel that it is essential that green roofs are in the conversation. As buildings are rapidly proceeding to be built it is a revolutionary new idea that can increase canopy cover in cities, reduce energy bills, decrease the effects of heat islands, and create a more eco-friendly environment. For these few reasons we feel like it would be beneficial to the urban forestry page as it could easily be the future of urban forestry. Comment added by team eucalyptus.
