COI, headshot?[edit]

I've tagged this article with a COI tag because it seems to have been written or largely contributed to by someone with a conflict of interest. Two major contributors, Silentriver1019 and Theo Buckley, are sockpuppets of a blocked user. Further, User:Leanstartup has edited the article, which alerts me because Mr. Ries apparently played a large role in that movement. He's definitely notable, but there are instances of promotional language, like "his emphasis on cutting edge managerial practices." I plan on editing the article to identify trouble spots, and I'll let someone remove the COI tag after reviewing my work.

Additionally, the headshot photograph raises COI suspicions because it makes me wonder who took the picture and who uploaded it. It's been uploaded to Wikimedia commons, so whoever uploaded it must own it, and since it's a headshot, it makes me think it belongs to a PR agency or other inside party. Any thoughts on that? Hey there, I am user Leanstartup and I am not Eric Ries nor do I work for him, though I do know him in person. I was editing the page because I happen to know a lot on Eric that I think should be represented. Leanstartup (talk) 22:56, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
