I have reverted your edit.

If you want this link please create a page (even just a stub) on Dermabrasion.

You don't need to put on WikiPedia. (Anyway, it's Wikipedia)

It would help if you create a user profile so you can discuss things.

Thanks for your input. --Alicejenny 12:30, 7 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This needs to be linked to "Scars" treatment in the medical section. Dermabrasion and microdermabrasion

are types of treatments that include cocoa fat, papaya acid and others

actually I suggest that 1. Dermabrasion be spelled correctly Derma abrasion

and or linked and or deleted to "scars"

Microdermabrasion[edit]

This section needs a lot of work, as well as more scientific, verifiable links. It sounds like an advertisement, almost! Also, a distinction (or lack thereof) needs to be outlined between dermabrasion and microdermabrasion. I'm not an expert in the field, but like I said before the page got merged... it sounds like one of those weasel words concocted solely for marketing the procedure. --SweetNightmares (awaken) 04:24, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Dermabrasion vs. microdermabrasion[edit]

The article says "Dermabrasion should not be confused with microdermabrasion which is a newer and non-surgical cosmetic procedure performed by non-physician personnel, nurses, estheticians, medical assistants, and most recently untrained individuals in their homes" -- and then the whole rest of the article appears to be about microdermabrasion. I suggest splitting the article into two. -- The Anome (talk) 14:48, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
