Anar Marz (Persian: انارمرز), also Romanized as Anār Marz; also known as Marz,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Chapakrud-e Gharbi Rural District of Gil Khuran District, Juybar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,381 in 324 households, when it was in the former Chapakrud Rural District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,439 people in 401 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,642 people in 441 households. [2]

In 2023, Chapakrud Rural District was divided into Chapakrud-e Gharbi and Chapakrud-e Sharqi Rural Districts.[4]
