I am the author of this photo, and I would like to comment that the license is actually meant to be public domain but Flickr doesn't have this as an option so I chose the most liberal CC license as possible. However, you have my written consent to use this picture as if it were in the public domain. As always, though, attribution is appreciated, and if you are using it on the web then a link back to the original photo webpage is requested by Flickr. Cheers!
