The gun in the photo is NEITHER Whistling Dick or Widow Blakely. It is a 32-pdr Navy Gun of 57 cwt, banded and rifled by the Confederates. The muzzle burst during the siege and the gun was modified, much like Widow Blakely, by trimming off two feet from the muzzle.
