The borders[edit]

Apparently the land borders of Thrace on this map mostly follow those of certain administrative units in Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece rather than natural borders such as those between watersheds for instance. I have no objections to this approach, just believe that the following couple of inaccuracies ought to be fixed:

(1) The islands of Samothrace and Imbros (Gökçeada) are part of Thrace;

(2) In the Greek part of the Rhodopes, the border between the geographical regions of Thrace and Macedonia should follow the border between Xanthi Prefecture and Drama Prefecture, not Mesta (Nestos) River. Apcbg (talk) 18:17, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
