Watermark?[edit]

I have uploaded various images which I took in Wikipedia because I want to share them. As such I own the copyrights of these images, but since my intentions are to share them I posted the proper license. Some of these images have posted on them the date that they were taken by my camera on the lower right hand corner. Now, someone has "tagged: the images with a "watermark" tag. I have asked the unser who tagged them for an explanation to no avail. Therefore, can some one give me an explanation and if not, then remove the "tag". Thank you. My friend, I have responded to your question on my talk page. I do not understand how waiting less than 24 hours is "no avail". I apologize for not responding sooner, but as I do have things I must do outside of Wikipedia, I responded as soon as I could. Please be patient with those of us editors who are not as able to spend large quantities of time on Wikipedia. Thanks, -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 16:15, 17 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • You are a great contributor and a very wise person. My impatience came about because I was confused as to the "Tag". I was wondering what I did wrong. Since the images could be affected by the removal of the dates, I will leave them as is and proceed to remove the "tags". Tony the Marine (talk) 20:20, 17 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
