Looks like one of the chains near Fort Point. While this is "close to the Golden Gate Bridge", that description gives the impression that the bridge is under this kind of disrepair, which is just not true. Perhaps the description could be modified to reflect the more precise location (assuming I'm right and it is one of the Fort Point road chains). Pfranson (talk) 16:12, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
