Copyright issue

I have raised the validity of the copyright of this photo with the uploader on her talk page(BlissfulGirl). As the uploader did not create the image, there ought to be some indication of who owns the copyright (likely the person who took the photo) and something from that person granting the license. Since the image was apparently provided by the subject of the article, it may be that the owner of the image is known and will permit its use. On BlissfulGirls talk page, I have left a link to the instructions to be used to obtain consent. Rather than just flag the copyvio and delete the image from the article, I thought I would let people know in advance in case permission can be obtained. --KenWalker | Talk 04:46, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
