It is indeed PD-Russia. It cannot be considered Fine art (paintings, sculptures etc. made for the purpose of art) it is propaganda poster made by Soviet gov. establishment. These kind of posters are qualified as public domain in Russia. Владимир И. Сува Чего? 12:56, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This image is not {{PD-Russia}}. According to Civil Code of RSFSR, Article 513, Copyrights for works of fine arts were always belong to their authors. For more information you can see commons:Commons:Deletion requests/All images by Kukryniksy.
