I can confirm that this is most probably Hippocampus jayakari due to the location it was photographed as well as the spination on the tail (alternative low/missing spines), which excludes the similar species Hippocampus histrix PSbiologist_Stefan_W (talk) 23:43, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
