It is probably not legal to have a scan of a banknote publicized "as-is" due to possibility of forgery (e.g. someone printing the image on inkjet and trying to pass it in a shop). At least the word "specimen" (or "minta" in hungarian) should be written in red bold text across the image to prevent abuse.
