Blue circle in southeastern Nebraska[edit]

Why is there a blue spot in southeastern Nebraska? The rest of Nebraska is red and has a number, but this spot is blue and has a number of its own. What? Velociraptor888 08:20, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
