Use on non english wiki

Is it allowed to use this logo on another language wikipedia? Im am not sure after reading the terms. Thank you Aryon48 (talk) 19:34, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

@Aryon48: It depends on whether the other language Wikipedia where you want to use the file also allows non-free content to be used. You can check at c:COM:FAIR#"Fair use" allowed on some Wikimedia projects to see whether it might. If it does, you will only be allowed to use the file in accordance with that Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and you will need to reupload the file locally to that Wikipedia since linking to it from English Wikipedia will not work. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:53, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

this isn't the logo of the party, it's the emblem
