Regarding whether the copyright flag on this image is correct: In my opinion, nobody, ever, should claim a right to such an image. Copyright is to protect the livelihood of those creating intellectual property and to promote its further creation by offering reasonable assurance of future livelihood. This image runs counter to all things constructive, and nobody has a human or moral right to profit from it.
