Just found the same picture in the 'Standard Catalogue of American Cars, 2nd Edition', page 742. Following this source Model C is a 18 hp 2-cylinder car with a wheelbase of 90 in. Only available body style was this 'King of Belgian' Touring car, prized at $1,250 (most expensive Jackson for that year).
