Português: O Torricado é um prato típico do Ribatejo, Portugal. Confeccionado na brasa, consiste em um pão aberto ao meio, cortando a parte de dentro do alimento em pequenos quadrados e misturando sal, azeite e alho. Este prato, nos tempos mais antigos, era confeccionado pelos trabalhadores dos campos e vinhas do Ribatejo, de forma a não desperdiçar o pão duro que já não se comia.
