An image of the Airport Expressway, a four lane freeway constructed from Highway 401 (left) to Dixon Road and Toronto International Airport (right) in the early 1960s. It existed for approximately a decade before the Highway 401-427 interchange was constructed from 1967-1971, which resulted in its reconstruction as Highway 427. |
