Summary

Description
English: Veins and Capillaries Tissue fluid is the liquid component of blood that flows past the capillary wall to bathe tissue cells. Water, sugars, salts, fatty acids, amino acids, coenzymes, and hormones, as well as waste products from the cells, make up the majority of it. The interchange of materials between cells and fluid, which happens via diffusion or active transport, is considerably accelerated because tissue fluid-carrying dissolved nutrients are in direct touch with tissue cells. Tissue fluid is generally reabsorbed into capillaries after the exchange, which eventually empties into venules
