1. It is of a lower resolution than the original image.
2. This is taken from the only scene from the film's promo that made it into the finished product.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way, as it is a promotional image designed to promote the film.
4. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work.
